Rent a conference space

So as to help you making a lasting impression on your co-workers or your close relations, Hotel Le Cercle offers you different conference rooms, totally refurbished and modular according to your wishes. Any personal or business event, you can choose the layout of your meeting room.

With a large capacity to welcome, 3 areas are at your disposal:

• 2 meeting rooms of 65m² and 70m², one including a comfortable lounge
• 1 huge seminar room of 200m² with a capacity of 190 persons

These three areas are by daylight, and the last one provides a clear view of Basilique Ste Trinité and gardens. This luminosity and setting are perfect for working groups, workshops, presentations or trainings. Furthermore, one of our meeting rooms also has a comfortable lounge area, in favor of exchange and conviviality within your team.

All our rooms have a video projector, a white screen, a paperboard and all office supplies (pens, notepads and mineral water bottles). WIFI connection is free and unlimited. We also offer sweet breaks with hot drinks, fruit juices and pastries (on request).

Furthermore, our accommodation capacity will allow your co-workers to stay at the Hotel, sparing them from any additional travel during your stay with us.

Those rooms are also available to celebrate private events. Hotel Le Cercle would be glad to welcome you for your wedding, receive your guests for a reception or leave your mark on your birthday.
